Firstly, I would like to start today's blog post wishing my friend, Zixin, a very happy birthday. Actually, I think that friendship is a very miraculous thing. Zixin and I are once friends when we were in secondary one. But we fell out over something which I don't feel like elaborating cos I have long put it behind me and started my friendship with her again this year. This year, I had a lot of ups and downs with my friends. Most importantly, I learnt a lesson, which is, I saw who were my true friends who would stand by me when I need them. And I saw through those who were beside me for a cause. They were those hypocrites who are damn realistic. Well, I don't need them. Heh. And I learnt to resolve friendship problems which arises due to petty misunderstandings. I wouldn't want to lose a true fren cos of a little petty thing... Well, this is my reflection for today. Again, to Zixin, I hope that you can have an awesome day ahead and may your wishes come true! (:

Our Birthday Celebration

Its been eons since I blogged and I don't know why I have a sudden urge to blog so much. Well, since I have the time and I am in the mood to blog, let me just blog about my day today.
So, today I met Zixin and Yunqi at Sakae Sushi Sunplaza for an birthday celebration. Though mine is already over, which is on the 26 of November, and Zixin's is on 1st of December, might as well hold it together. Initially, we wanted it to be on the 28 of November since its my day off as the Bugis Albert Centre is doing its cleaning. But, due to unexpected plans and unforseen circumstances, we had to push the celebration to 29. But then again, Yunqi got a job interview. So, the outing was pushed to today. LUCKILY, our outing today has gone without a hitch though Yunqi came late as usual. But this time due to some probs at home. And congrats her for finding a job at Ding Tai Fung, which requires their staff to put on light make-up and wear stockings. She has been posted to work at Paragon, Orchard which is so faraway. Hope she wouldn't be late on her first day of work. She says that she will be doing stuff like taking orders, serving food (wow, serving food, judging from the way she holds her food in the canteen and the speed she moves from the stall to the table) Erm, good luck to her then. and cleaning up the table after the customers left. Its still quite a good job though, paying $8 per hour. Woots. She is still able to choose the days for which she wants to work. But not sure how long will she able to hold the job. Well for me, my job aint that fantastic. But, its still a job and i'm working for my own relatives. SO, well, okay, I still get to go to Korea next year, so why not?

Okay, so we ate the buffet at Sakae. Zixin started grabbing lotsa food from the belt and I ordered the food I wanted on the computer. The service isn't that good there. Maybe they thought that we were just mere students and treated us another way. So we started eating whilst waiting for Yunqi. While doing so, we exchanged our presents. I hand sown some western pastries for Zixin which I learnt from a Japanese Book. Luckily she loved it. And I gave her the scrapbook that I specially made for her birthday and another which I made as a token of friendship plus a heartfelt letter. She bought Gongcha for me (my fave earl grey milk tea 80% sugar-which yunqi recommended me when i first started drinking). Plus a letter which contains a gift. Yunqi came and ordered, a few dishes. And we continued eating while chatting about her job. Then she gave us presents, souvenirs from Taiwan, my birthday gift and a card. Hahas, we looked like we are exchanging christmas gifts. And we ended up with big and small bags. We ate and ate and ate till we are damn full. Zixin managed to eat up everything she ordered, which she regretted for ordering so much. Japanese people are really smart. Sushi contains rice which makes us girls get full easily. And we ordered buffet, which means we don't get to eat a lot since we get so bloated easily though we have ocha (green tea) to ease the bloatedness. Still, I enjoyed the meal as we have a lovely get-together and I loved the soft shell crab!

Then, we proceeded to pay for our meal, of course we went dutch. I paid first and saw that we get ice cream yet we did not order. So the manager packed 3 cups of ice creams for us. Then we MRT-ed to Woodlands, Causeway point to go icing room to decor our cake. It was an exciting experience for us as this is the first time I am decorating such a mini cake. Only 4". Hands kept trembling as writing words on a cake aint the same as writing on a piece of paper. You can't correct your words if anything goes wrong. Luckily, Yunqi was quite experienced. And our cake turned out quite nice! Though it was nice, I don't know it will taste as nice as it looks? Will try later. The gongcha, cake and ice cream still lying in my fridge... Then we camwhored before asking the person to pack it up.

Headed to Guardian and Watson's for Yunqi wanted to buy some make-up for work. I know nutz bout make-up so I just tagged along. Zixin recommended her SilkyGirl but she's a bit apprehensive in buying as she don't wear make-up and knew nutz bout make-up too. Well, I don't know how to help her then. Time is almost up as she had to go to Tai Seng to collect her uniform. So we parted at the MRT. Zixin came to my house to get the cake and bye. Hope we can meet up during christmas time so that we can exchange presents.

saw a nice tee upstairs, want buy.

wanling and I bought one each
planned to buy it in grey color, sadded

the person wanted to sell me the one that i had tried for $13
but i dont want as i think that others had tried it before.
bought the pink one.
wanling went to browse for shorts
then went to bugis to take neos.
then mrt-ed home.

today went to school hoping to get back my papers to see my results.
but too bad got the learning journey to chinatown
quite interesting to see the history and witness the lives in the past
although the museum is a bit dark and looks creepy
and too saw a cockroach...alive.
then tmr another to sci centre for the pixar exhibition.
later going to visit grandma and to go celebratte mum's bdae
hope grandma will recover fast from the surgery she had gone thru tdy
and wish mum HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

just came back from malaysia this morn 5am.

came home, get sis homework from huishan cupcake.
went home bathe,
go grandma hse to 'bai nian'
get mre angpows.
missed singapore new year
but also like malaysia new year.
can play with firecrackers.

just came back from Innova Junior College.
went to attend the edusave scholarship ceremony.
we were lucky that Finella's mum drove us there.
or else we need waste time to take and switch bus.
We reached in almost less than 15 minutes.
The school is super big.
I mean the schools in the area like sports school and christ church are also very big.
Then I saw my kindergarden fren and neighbour there too.
we registered together and went up to the hall.
Then parents went seated upstairs while we were asked to look for our seats.
went to look for mine, then somebody called...
Zhenghan.
he said, look to ur right.
then i saw him beside. at another row.
then i saw Shuqing, came a bit late. (never saw me)
then the emcees...talk talk talk.
our turn came.
shuqing only saw me that time(queueing behind of me)

shake hands with the mp and take photo.
it was very boring while waiting.
texted shuqing.went to toilet.(camwhoring there)
we waited for about one and a half hours before the whole ceremony end and got our cheques.
FINALLY>>>Home. I was sweating the whole time...

almost helping her to pack and weigh the goods the whole day.
In the end my hands and feet were aching.

came home just in time to watch the last episode.
then met huishan and her mum downstairs to pass her somethings.

as tmr is the cca open hse, we had to make something
using paperclay to create some figurines. waited for it to dry then

yesterday went to SSC with huishan, mom, and sis
went to popular to buy books.
but a lot of it are out of stock so went to buy them online.
after that, we went to eat MOF.
the desserts and the tuna sandwich are super delicious
then we went to Daiso to buy some snacks.

then went to eat Takopachi with Huishan, while my mom and sis went to Giant.

ytd brought my sis and Eddie to Escape..
wth the pirate ship made us w8 super long and i had almost puke during the ride.
then after playing for 2 hrs plus, we went to eat KFC
then went to find my mom at Pasir Ris park.

then went to eat dinner

felt super full now.

met kimberlin, yunqi , and shijie.
then we took bus to tampines, then to pasir ris.
met the guys there and we walked to downtown east.
rested at chalet first, played uno and poker cards.
at 6 plus, we barbequed.
then went to arcade.
the gals spent money catching the winnie the pooh soft toys.
then we went to watch "my girlfriend is a secret agent"...

lol...long time since I blogged.
went to meet yuxia, waiching, zhenghan, niki and shuqi at sembawang station.
then we all 6 went to chinatown to source for materials for our club.
reached in about half an hour's time and we went to macdonalds to eat,
then started our search at people's park centre.
There are a lot of handicrafts shops and we separated ourselves into two groups.
Me Niki and Shuqi combed the top and third storey,
while the rest combed the first and second storey.
After our search when we were about to go to another place,
Shuqi's shoe broke and we had to go to a shop to buy glue.
we rested at a stairway to mend her shoe.
Then we were thirsty and went to Hong Lim food centre for a drink.
Then went to find MRT station to go Orchard.
We went to Takashimaya's Artfriend...
a lot of things can be bought from there.
then we saw something that can be bought as a gift for,______
Then went downstairs to grab a bite. and Home...
went to marina bay took mrt back...(more seats)

When i was washing my school shoes today.
took the bleach...
touched something very hard
i turned the bottle and to my shock...
I saw a dead lizard stuck fast onto it...
eeekkk...
almost freaked out.
i quickly washed my hands and dashed out of the toilet...
dun dare enter again until it was gone..
luckily my 'brave' sis helped me washed it off...
thanks but i still could see the image of the dead lizard
*it was already decomposing...can only see the bony outlines of it...yucks*

so we go out bbq...

so I went to use the tong and pinch him...

and we packed up as the next day we r going home...

FIRST DAY~
On the first day at one something...
wen to fetch all my frens go my hse...
saw sean n jeff at first...
then called kenneth...
n found yunqi plus kimberlin at 7-11
huishan and rongxun came earlier at our hse...
then jianrong came...stayed outside don dare cum in...
then my uncle drove us to the chalet...
wow...
the wind at the lorry very big lor as the lorry goes...
we all bunk in...
it is "gang gang hao lo"
with all the food and us...so fit...
then we all look like a childcare ppl sitting in a bus going 4 an excursion...
then after half an hour...i tink...
we reached DTE...
we straight away went to the chalet check in there...
we put down our bags and get rdy to go to Escape...
but it was very hot n sunny...
and my mom told us go arcade so we went...
